After months of being alternately annoyed and overjoyed with Facebook I have now settled into an ambivalent stance about the whole thing. I'm hoping its popularity will wane as time goes by (it actually amazes me that most IT departments don't automatically block access to the site—hell, I would if I was still in charge of a firewall). What I am so totally not ambivalent about on Facebook? SuperPoke! Yes, Superpoke! Where someone does some random shit to you and you're supposed to do some random shit back. I would be less vague about the details except I don't actually read them. Where is AngryPoke!? If I'm getting SuperPoked! by some cheerful fake Facebook friend I should have the option to poke them back with a pointy stick or something.

Exactly, and all that friend hug and buy your friends. There is no real money involved and even if there was, I wouldn't pay some online fraud just to own someone who lives a thousand miles away, who's only connection to me is e-mail. What is there to own. All these fake Apps as they're called should be ridiculed more than celebrated.
