Annie: It makes sense really when you think about it. We were expecting him to react like a sane person, even though this is someone who killed his fiancé, concealed it, and then rented out the crime scene.

Annie: George, I didn't think you would seriously go through with it. I thought the moment would just pass. You know, like when you decided you were going to wear skinny jeans.

George: So that's why you're here. You weren't sure I felt guilty enough.

Lucy: But not to you. They're not your senses. There's a... creature inside of you—I know Kemp calls a demon—but it looks at me through your eyes and it knows what I am going to do.

George: That's not a ghost. I can smell her.

George: Oh yeah. Even without the whole wolf thing.
Annie: Well of course you can smell her. She's got a body! {they look at her.} I'm sure I mentioned that.

Nina: [I]f we're really going to execute an amnesiac psychiatric patient like we're the governor of shitting Texas or something then we should all have a vote. And I didn't get my vote.

Nina: Hello.
